Taught by The Rev. Carola von Wrangel
Wednesday evenings at 7pm on Zoom
June 10, 17, 24, and July 1
In this new class, we will explore the riches of the Prayer Book in its 999 pages! We’ll explore, among other things, the daily office services, prayers for all sorts of occasions and needs, the catechism, and of course, the history of the Book of Common Prayer. Hopefully, we’ll get to know more than the 50 pages most of us are familiar with.
It’s good to have a prayer book—so if you don’t have one, click here to order one, or we can lend you one through the church office.
June 23: Good News!
We are having such an adventure in this class, that we are expanding the schedule for two additional weeks. And all are invited to those two classes.
On July 8th I will lead us in an instructed Eucharist: What is the Eucharist all about and why do we we do what we do?
On July 15th we will learn how to lead Morning Prayer and Compline services, which are now part of daily worship via Zoom at St. Dunstan’s.
Both classes will be at 7 pm on those Wednesdays. You can sign up here.
I hope to see you there.
