Dear friends,
The first time my mother took communion after the pandemic shutdown she burst into tears. She called me to tell me that she had no idea how much she had missed that simple ritual of love and connection. On Easter Sunday, when we had people in the church in-person for the first time since last year, an important part of me came back to life. Resurrection on Easter!
You can have that experience. We are now offering in-person worship at St. Dunstan’s Church every Sunday at 10:00 AM. Attendance is by reservation to limit attendance to about 25 people. Getting a reservation is simple: Call the office (206) 363-4319 or go to our registration page (click here).
There are seats left for this Sunday. When there are no reservations left, please put your name on the waiting list. If someone cancels, we’ll contact you to let you know there is space. The waiting list also lets us gauge the demand in case we need to add another service.
We will continue to be conservative and careful about reopening. We are following all of our COVID procedures and protocols, including screening, keeping attendance (for contact tracing in case of an infection), wearing masks, and social distancing.
I look forward to seeing you in church. I have missed you all dearly and it is a great blessing to be returning to in-person worship.
With love,
